SmallRig 6696 Bottom Mount Plate for Nikon Z5IIC (Silver)
For users who do not need the added functions of a cage or L-bracket but still want basic expansion capability, this lightweight baseplate offers a practical solution.
Made of aluminum alloy and weighing only 79.5g, it helps protect the bottom of the camera from scratches while providing basic tripod mounting for portable shooting.
The baseplate features a built-in Arca-Swiss quick release plate, along with multiple 1/4"-20 mounting holes and a lanyard hole, allowing fast switching between tripod use and handheld shooting without the need for a separate quick release plate.
It also supports use with DJI gimbals and allows a lanyard to be attached at the bottom for more secure handheld shooting.
Visually, it features a silver finish designed to match the camera body.
Tight tolerance control reduces visible color differences and improves the overall visual consistency after installation.
